Tickets at the Door. 7.30pm. Elephant and Castle. Thursday 30th August 2018.

Money raised at this event will help us to support Montgomeryshire Youth Music, Maldwyn Strings, Ffonic and other musical organisations visiting Les Herbiers for a return music exchange with Ecole de Musique Les Herbiers.

It will also help us to support the Newtown Food Festival.

Jum Regal Nov 29th-Dec 4th 2018

November 29th to December 4th 2018

Newtown Twinning Association will be organising a return to the Jum Regal International Food Festival which is held in our Twin Town. At the last Jum Regal Newtown Twinning Association sold £4000.00 of Montgomeryshire food and drink products working with Cultivate.

In 2018 we are hoping to persuade local producers to accompany us and with the support of The High Street Deli and Cultivate along with Newtopia and No1. High Street, we are planning a large Welsh Christmas Fair at the Jum Regal. This is a great opportunity to promote and sell Welsh / Montgomeryshire Food, drink and craft products on an international stage.

There will be opportunities for Newtown people to join us on this visit and enjoy the international Food fair in our Twin town. Not only a Welsh winter fair but also products from Southern Spain, Germany and France lots to enjoy and stock up for the Christmas period.

If you are a local producer and would like to get involved in this Christmas Welsh Fair, please contact us at: newtowntwinning@gmail.com
